A Provencal recipe of chicken with forty cloves of garlic sounds frightening, but the roasting garlic cloves mellow and sweeten in the oven, giving the most wonderful and aromatic of flavours.
A striking 14cm wide garland of black olives and garlic trims the edge of this circular table cloth, contrasting with the leur de lys pattern of Claudia. The pattern of the ‘centre-piece’ of the cloth is made up of a cluster of black olives and garlic. Also available in a ‘square round’ which, in addition to the circular design, has a corner pattern to form a square.
